I just recently re-watched all of season 5 of Buffy with my boyfriend. Last night him and I finished the last episode(The Gift- also the 100th episode) and I can't help but cry every single time. I couldn't of imagined following it on TV for the first time, thinking that it was truly the ending of the series.
I was lucky enough to have caught it midway through season 6 while it was playing on TV. Full on Spuffy action, it's really a great introduction to the series, quite a spoiler though! From there I watched the rest of the series I believe during the summer then resumed season 7 once September had rolled around. I'm glad the series ended the way it did, because it gave me the satisfaction of having a Buffy/Spike relationship, without being very very very depressing like The Gift would have been. Oh yeah Dawn is still majorly annoying though =(
That's all for tonight folks,
Tasha xoxo

This will be the kind of post where I talk about some of my favourite songs of the moment. Lately I've been playing these songs way too much =)
Your body is a machine by The Good Natured
Sometime around midnight by The Airborne Toxic Event
Sweet Dreams by Beyonce
Beside You by Mariana's Trench
Psycho by System of a Down
Hope you can check these out, I'm sure you won't be disappointed!

What I'm Reading
Currently I'm reading Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: a trilogy in five parts, by Douglas Adams. I must say it is an amazing book, I'm apparently not the first person to think this either with all of the publicity on it. I had the pleasure of having viewed the original BBC series before picking this up. It was very nicely done, to anyone who can get their hands on it I highly recommend it. The author is creatively funny, he has complex jokes which not much people can accomplish. I pretty much want to drag out for as long as possible my reading of this book, because I fear not finding something as witty after I'm done.
I'm also reading Miles, Mystery and Mayhem by Lois McMaster Bujold, brilliant writer, beautifully crafted stories, that have wonderful character development and depth. This is part of the Vorkosigan Series, it's an Omnibus that contains 2 seperate books and I believe a short story associated with the characters.
Lastly I have the Red Queen by Matt Ridley on my list, it's an awesome book about "sex and the evolution of human nature". I'm a big science fan, so I usually have at least one thrown into my book mix.
That is all for now, I shall update my thoughts on these books, and post reviews following my completion of each book!
